What If You Can't Fill The Property?
If we cannot fill the property, you will get paid regardless. We do in depth due diligence and market research before we take on any property making us extremely confident that we will rent out your property fast. So, rest assured, you will receive your guaranteed rent every month for the duration of the contract.

Is This a Form of Sub-Letting?
This is absolutely not sub-letting. We pride ourselves on legitimacy and have the correct contracts and management agreements in place to ensure that we are acting in an ethical sense and according to the law. We are proud members of the property redress scheme and will be happy to send over our certificate and extra literature to educate you exactly about our business model.

HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
We do not take fees from our landlords. We evaluate each property and with the landlords and councils permission will slightly alter the use of the property into a more profitable solution for the both of us. We make our money through the difference between the rent we pay you, and the rent our clients pay us.
